SUPPLY OF SPECIALITY GASES & CHEMICALS

Since 2003 our core business has been the supply of chemicals and gases to major Oil & Gas service companies such as BJ / Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Halliburton, Four Quest Energy and many more throughout Kazakhstan and Russia.

With up to 500 Tons of storage available at any given time in Kazakhstan, RT Alliance now has the biggest fleet of temporary Liquid Nitrogen storage and pumping capabilities of any Kazakhstan service provider.

In 2014 RT Alliance became the first Kazakhstan company to be awarded the supply of Liquid Nitrogen contract to KPO.

Our growth will be recognised further in 2017 with the expansion of our facilities in key market areas of Kazakhstan.

NITROGEN PRODUCTION

RT Alliance offer a range of Nitrogen production facilities from Membrane units to liquid Nitrogen production. We now have the largest pumping fleet in Kazakhstan at the moment.

All units are Zone II certified and fit for purpose in Hazardous areas, all storage tanks are certified and compliant with IMDG, ADR/RID, DNV2.7-1 and EN 12079.

LEAK DETECTION

Using the latest technology in leak detection RT Alliance are able to accurately measure the integrity of a pipeline or process plant using instruments that can measure up to 20,000 pounds per square inch pressure, or one litre of gas escaping in 100 years.

FLANGE MANAGEMENT

RT Alliance believe that all leaks are preventable. Case studies show that systems constructed, modified or repaired without the proper use of a flange management software may have leaks totalling up to 20% of the overall tested flanges and joint connections.

We believe that having a team of multi-disciplined highly skilled personnel will help reduce client costs in terms of Engineering, response & overall project quality. Our personnel have individually assigned competence programmes to ensure they are skilled in all our services.

BOLTING SERVICES

RT Alliance provides an onsite team of specialists to ensure our clients get the best and most cost effective service available.

RT Alliance offers a variety of controlled tightening tools to best meet the requirements of your application. From mechanical torque multipliers to hydraulically driven square drive wrenches, and low profile torque wrenches. We offer the hydraulic torque tools you need for accurate and simultaneous tightening of multiple bolts.

CHEMICAL CLEANING

New construction facilities are often subjected to a cleaning process prior to start-up. Piping and vessels may contain a variety of debris, scale, oxides, and oil that must be removed if the plant is to run effectively.
